Jaw crusher is mainly applied for primary, medium, and fine crushing various kinds of ores and lump materials with max compression strength of no more than 320Mpa in industries of metallurgy, mining,chemical, construction, highway, railway.waterworks, and so on. The max compression strength of the materials that will be crushed could be 2000kg/cm². It is not suitable to crush clay materials as the crushing cavity is easily clogged.
 

Efficient Material Handling

With a deep crushing chamber and no dead zones, crushers like the CJ series use a V-shaped design and non-blocking structure. This enhances material passing ability, effectively traps materials with horizontal grooves on the jaw plates, initiates crushing from the top, and significantly boosts feeding volume and production capacity.

High Crushing Ratio

The small eccentric distance combined with a large crushing stroke generates powerful crushing force. Suitable for both hard materials like granite and basalt, and softer ones like limestone, it efficiently reduces large materials into medium-sized pieces with a high crushing ratio and output.
