RXT series rotary scrubber is mainly used for clay minerals washing and desliming so as to improve the dressing performance in the next process. it is widely used not only for manganese ore, iron ore, limestone, tungsten ore.and silica sand, but also for high clay alluvial gold ore. it is able to effectively crush the clay lumps and make the raw ore to be in complete looseness in the scrubber part, and remove the useless stones at once at the end screening part, and thus effectively increase the high clay gold recovery rate.

Working Principle

The cylinder is supported by 4 supporting wheels. The motor drives the reducer, and the small and big gear drive the scrubbing cylinder to rotate in low speed. The materials with clay lumps or powder, which are fed into the rotating cylinder through feeding chute, will be effectively washed under the function of the blades which are installed on the inner cylinder wall in a certain angle, the multiple up and down circulation from the feeding end to the tailing end, as well as the high pressure flushing water. The washed materials will be discharged from the screening part after dewatering. The whole process of washing, screening, and desliming are finished then.
