Product Description

When the screw screen washing machine is in operation, the processed materials are first put into the sand washing device of the roller. After screening in the roller device, the qualified materials in the two kinds of materials with different particle sizes are directly transported through the conveyor belt, and the materials under the screen enter the middle water tank. After being cleaned and screened by the screw blade, the qualified materials enter the back end. Dehydration is performed in the dehydration plant. The overflow part of the wastewater in the tank (including a small amount of qualified material wastewater and impurities which have not been picked up by the spiral blade) enters the back-end pumping tank, and is pumped into the separation and recovery device by the high-pressure water pump, and the qualified material is sent to the dewatering device for dewatering treatment after centrifugal concentration. The waste water and impurities are discharged into the return water tank after separation and recovery device.
