XB series mining agitating tank, suitable for various kinds of ore pulp agitation, is mainly applied for various minerals' ore pulp agitation before flotation or gravity separation in the mineral processing flow so as to homogeneously mix the chemical agents or ore pulp, it can be also used for other non-metallic mineral pulp agitation. The tank is applicable for pulp density ≤ 30%and solid particle size ≤1mm.
The agitation tank is mainly consist of tank body, vertical shaft, recycling barrel, drive frame, and motor. The motor drives the belt wheel on the top of the vertical shaft through the V-belt, which drives the impeller at the bottom of the vertical shaft to rotate, and thus the pulp is agitated homogeneously.
